Briana Paulo M.A.
Briana Paulo is a clinical research assistant at the Pediatric Anxiety Research Center (PARC). She began working at PARC in June 2018 after receiving her M.A. in Psychology Research from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth in 2017. She completed her undergraduate B.A. from the University of Rhode Island in psychology and sociology, with a minor in Thanatology.
Her clinical experience includes working with children of a wide range of social, behavioral, and emotional difficulties. She has worked in a variety of settings, including inpatient, outpatient, short-term residential, and schools. Her research interests include child and adolescent anxiety, maladaptive coping mechanisms, and trauma. On a personal level, she loves to listen to music, sing, and occasionally doing archery!
